Payment methods.
1. Bank transfer (UK only)
You can arrange your bank transfer using your Internet banking option or by going into a local branch of your bank. Please use your order number as the reference for your bank transfer.

For International orders:

When paying for your order by posting cash.
Please include your order ID with your cash payment and we strongly recommend you send your cash via insured registered mail.

4. Credit Cards.
We DO have credit / debit card facilites ONLY FOR THE UK at this moment in time!
You can select credit / debit card at checkout.
We DO NOT store your card details. We use a secure payment system provided by the bank.
If you have a problem with goods you wish to return or wish for a refund please contact us 01974 821518 or email [email protected] direct so we can sort your claim out and refund you accordingly if that is what you require.
International credit cards we are looking at options currently. We do accept Bitcoin.
Please note: If you pay by card and decide to cancel your order there will be a transaction fee. This transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do have Bitcoin! You can select pay by Bitcoin at checkout.
6. How to Pay.
There are several different payment methods: Credit Card, UK Chaps, BACS, Safe Pay Me Ltd, Pay Now with my Wallet Balance. When you click on How to pay as an option you will get a payment option link to complete this order this will be sent to your personal email account that you provide on the order. You can complete this payment now or later. The link will ask you to provide your ID this is a security measure, once you have done this once you will never need to do this again, so returning customers will be able to pay and stay on this website.

1. Is there any additional cost after purchasing your product?
You don’t have to pay any extra cost after purchasing our products.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our UK & Ireland standard delivery time is 1-4 business days after actual shipping date, but for international orders, this can take longer. However, some packages can get delayed in the post, and we apologize for this delay, but we are dependent on postal and courier services.
To note that there maybe extra delays due to Covid and Brexit!
3. Shipping and your countries law.
Country laws are variable on some of the products available at Weed World’s online store and can also change on a monthly basis. It is up to our customers to make sure they do not break their own laws, thus Weed World shall not accept responsibility for any items purchased and shipped – should the product currently be restricted within a given country.
4. What shipping methods are available?
Shipping costs and postal rates all depend on the weight, and sometimes the size of your package, the country we have to ship to and the method you choose. Once you checkout in the online store - the products in your basket will be listed and you will also see the costs for shipping that your order has generated. We recommend that all orders over ВЈ25.00 are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier service to ensure that the items are insured incase of loss or damage. If a standard shipping option is chosen then Weed World will not accept any responsibility for lost or damage items.
5. International Delivery.
Delivery time: 5-12 business days, depends where you are in the world. Ask for more details.
6. How can I guarantee my parcel will arrive safely.
To give you extra guaranteeyou can send it by recorded mail, next day delivery or a courier option that will all give you tracking number, however if you wish for stealth then we cannot send via these methods.
7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Ordinarily, the Enterprise Edition includes the extra fee depending on each product.

8. Secure and Discrete packaging.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us here at Weed World.
All orders are sent out in plain packaging. There is no outside reference to Weed World whatsoever. Products will be sent via Royal Mail or courier services.

1. How do I cancel my order.
If you have made a mistake or wish to cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your name, contact details and order number so we can refund your payment.

2. I wish to return my order.
If you wish to return your order, please fill out the form below.
We endeavour to provide products which are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. However, you will qualify to receive a full refund, or exchange, if the products do not comply with the standards set out above and have been received by us in good condition and original packaging.
This must be received by us within the 30 days allowable by the statutory rules set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
After 30 days, you are not legally entitled to a full refund.
If your package is damaged however, we will replace the order at no additional cost to you. Please contact us, using the email form on the вЂcontact us’ page; we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
Please read the following before sending an item back to us:
1. Products must be returned factory sealed to receive a refund, or in its original packaging, as if ordered by error – we can at least try and sell the item again.
2. Broken or shattered glass will not have to be returned to us, however we require a High Res photo of the damaged product(s) to be eligible for replacement of your broken product(s)
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. We will not refund you for the postage cost on your returns, unless you are returning a defective product, or an error was made by us here at Weed World TM.
5. We accept no responsibility for shipments confiscated by customs. Contact your local customs office for further information regarding the product you intend to buy if you are uncertain.
